Essential Functions and Role:
This is "hands on" non-production operation role. Meeting USDA, HACCP, and Company standards, and under the supervision of a farm manager, the functions of this role are to load turkeys into the cages. Perform foreman role and duties as needed and necessary. Must have the ability to meet times required for the role. This role requires working in a team environment, and with little or no supervision. Must be committed to quality and safety. And other tasks assigned by his/her farm manager.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform tasks assigned by foreman or farm manager; Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to and must wear necessary Personal Protective Wear required while performing role: Protective Eye Wear, Ear plugs, Hard Hat, Hair Net, Cotton gloves

Using hands and fingers, must be able load the birds in the cage. Must be able to twist, bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or the duration of the shift. Must be able to lift 40 lbs
