Christensen Fiberglass Tooling – Holland, MI
Looking to hire 2 Responsible and highly Skilled Individuals.
Composite experience is a Must! The More the Better.
Job Responsibilities:
Fiberglass, Gel-coat Mold Repair.
Lay, sand and fair bondo into various shapes such as marine decks, hulls and other small parts.
Polish and buff to achieve a high gloss, defect free surface.
Work independently or with a team under minimal supervision.
Ability to pay attention to details and to self-inspect work
Ability to follow specific instructions pertaining to the individual job.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for long periods of time.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.

Ability to work overtime
Willingness to work on a team or individually
Able to follow instructions and understand processes
Promote a safe and clean work environment
Good attendance and reliable transportation
Full-time-1st Shift
Normal hours 7:00-3:30, Monday-Friday, Saturdays based upon need to meet delivery dates.
Because these are highly skilled positions, appropriate wages and benefits will be open to discussion.
