This performance coach is not assigned to any specific work area; rather, he or she has the responsibility of impacting an entire shift or department. Randstad's performance coach focuses on equipping the workforce to achieve superior performance. This position could translate to a full time team leader position with the client through organic transition. Conducts pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or client expectations. Ensures new hires are coached on production goals and sets expectations on these metrics. Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees. Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors. Observes all new employees in work area to ensure they are working safely. Ensures the safety of all employees by promoting safe operations. Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.The Non-unit-producing performance coach is compensated according to responsibilities he or she would be expected to meet on a daily basis.
