Job Description:
· Primary troubleshooting and resolution of Network related incidents affecting Business partners. A strong background in TCP/IP and UDP with switching and firewall equipment is preferred.
· Network equipment patching and upgrades
· Provide 2nd level support for Network incidents and task requests. experience with Cisco, Juniper switches and routers is preferred.
· Create, update and document system processes and tasks as required.
· Work closely with network engineers, systems administrators and network engineers regarding technology and hardware upgrades.
· Work Closely with Wireless technology groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
· Provide on call support for Network Operations and Engineering
