AMBS Call Center is currently recruiting for full-time and part-time Agents in our Jackson location. We are a family owned business headquartered in Jackson, Michigan.
AMBS is a telephone answering service for various clients. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
To serve AMBS clients by answering phone calls; taking complete recorded and typewritten messages; processing information requests and orders; and relaying verbal information.
To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with AMBS Call Handling Guidelines.
To develop a working knowledge of products and services offered by AMBS clients.
To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management.
To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required/Minimum typing skills of 30 wpm/1-2 years customer service experience/Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills/Strong basic computer skills/Ability to multi-task and to make sound decisions under pressure/ able to professionally handle difficult situations and people.
