Optimal Medical Staffing is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to work on a 24 hour home care case in the Onsted area. All CNAs and HHAs work under the direct supervision of an Optimal Medical Staffing licensed nurse. The right candidate must:
~Be attentive, dedicated, punctual and organized.
~Have a caring, dependable and positive "can do" attitude.
~Have a strong work ethic with a proven record of attendance and punctuality.
~Have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
~Have Hoyer, bowel, and bladder experience.
Shifts are 7p-7a or 7a-7p, currently hiring nights and days; pay is $15/hour. We also offer health and dental insurance, paid time off and a matching 401k retirement plan.
(You must be able to come to our Lansing office several times for the hiring process, which includes an interview, drug testing, pre-employment testing, orientation, background checks and reference checks).
Optimal Medical Staffing is certified by the Joint Commission for Health Care Staffing Services.
