Maintenance Technician
One of Ann Arbors premier property management companies in search of a full time maintenance technician to work beside Maintenance Supervisor for daily operations of our 198 unit apartment complex in Jackson, Michigan.
Primary responsibilities:
Maintain and repair HVAC including hot water heaters, pool pumps, etc.
Basic plumbing and electrical skills are necessary.
Small appliance repair.
Repair/replace locks, cylinders, rekeying and key cutting.
Snow removal
Any and all duties having to do with maintenance and repair of our beautiful community
Requirements:
Must possess excellent customer service and tenant relation skills.
Professional appearance.
Strong problem solving skills.
Able to work independently and as a team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
Attention to detail.
Valid Driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be able to access roofs and occasionally lift heavy objects.
Must be able to share “on call” responsibilities which include evening, weekends and holidays. This will require you to be within close proximity to the property. On-site housing can be considered after a probation period.
