Seeking a working manager for full time employment at an ice cream store in Chelsea, MI. The manager we are looking should be self-motivated, someone who is energetic, creative, and who is consistent leader. This individual will assist in leading a high energy staff towards providing exceptional service in a fast paced environment. Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Manager must be organized, skilled in guest services, be an excellent communicator and trustworthy. Manager will also need to exhibit the ability to multitask. Knowledge in Michigan Health Department codes preferred, but not necessary--they will be required to learn if hired. Responsibilities include making the weekly schedule while making sure all shifts/days are covered properly--manager must also be available to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends. Must learn proper adherence to guidelines set forth by health department, labor department and the company, including, but not limited to cleaning/sanitation, proper recipe adherence, food cost controls and labor controls.
