Seeking Commercial Roofing Superintendents to oversee contracted roofing crews and provide quality control for commercial and industrial flat roofing replacement and maintenance projects.
Work schedule is Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays, 40-60 hours per week. Hourly compensation of $25 - $32 or more depending on experience plus $0.55 cents per mile, $40 per diem daily, and lodging provide when traveling.
Qualification:
- Experience supervising commercial roofing crews
- OSHA 10 or greater (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work from heights on roofs exposed to the elements
- Basic computer knowledge
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
