We are seeking experienced Contracts Paralegals and experienced Contracts Attorneys, as we are seeing an increased need in the market for qualified Contracts Professionals (Attorneys & Paralegals, as well as Contracts Administrators). These are direct hire and temporary opportunities in the Metro Detroit area, with both corporate and law firm clients.Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate new contracts and legal agreements or modify external contracts
Legal analysis and review of contracts and negotiate contract terms as needed
Management of all aspects of transactions through closing, including coordination with all related parties
Provide updates and track progress of contracts
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
At least 3-5 years' experience with contracts in a law firm or in-house setting
Significant understanding of various commercial legal agreements such as confidentiality, service, software etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
