DescriptionSr. Financial AnalystRobert Half Management Resources is looking for an outstanding Sr. Financial Analyst to assist a company going through a major change. The Sr. Financial Analyst will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also be responsible for advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. Help create sustainable business, operational, and financial processes to be understood by all necessary teams
Track financial results with greater accuracy and discretion by working with Operating and Accounting to drive improved management reporting
Evaluate financial results, summarize key issues, and articulate integral messages to senior management in order to drive existing management reporting
Cultivate positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership
Provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure alignment of operational initiatives by working closely with the Functional leads
Optimize business performance by identifying and executing financial analysis
Handle ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests
Requirements
Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
Applicants are required to hold a Finance, Business, or related field BA/BS degree
Hands-on experience with standard costs
Experience with Month-end Financial
Manufacturing experience
Skills in basis costing
Monthly Forecasts experience required
Solid understanding of Excel Formulas
Proficiency in month end closings
