SAP Functional Specialist/Auditor in Kalamazoo, MI to search for inconsistencies, errors and exceptions in our OTC and EWM workstreams. Ideally, the right expert would have a range of skills in SAP to delve in both workstreams. The list below highlights the process steps where we are seeing exceptions that need to be managed on a regular basis. It's likely that daily extracts or reports will need to be developed by this experienced resource and then we will need him/her to refine the daily management process, develop standard work and hand the exceptions monitoring over to the appropriate business function to carry forward. Requirement: Sales Order Entry Ensure Sales Order aligns to PO (EDI mainly) for price, qty, etc. Picking Process Ensure UOM is accurate Monitor locations/products on backorder needing cycle count Pricing does not change Develop open delivery aging report - monitor for aged deliveries Delivery Ensure shipment records do not duplicate Ensure delivery is complete Verify PGI and actual goods ship date Verify shipping costs are loaded Invoicing Ensure all deliveries invoice as planned Ensure blocked invoices are addressed
