The Position:
As a DCW you will provide our residents with the tools and resources needed to lead a fulfilling and rewarding life in a residential setting. We have several immediate openings and are looking for employees who are passionate about caring for our residents. Full and part time positions are available for our entry level position of Direct Care Worker. The job duties include:
⢠Passing medications
⢠Preparing meals
⢠Conducting activities and outings with residents (this includes in-home activities and activities in the community. Examples include bowling, going to the movies, coloring, etc.)
⢠Transporting residents to medical appointments (in company vehicles)
⢠Cleaning
⢠General supervision
Job Requirements:
⢠A clean criminal background
⢠A clean driving record
⢠A high school diploma or equivalent
⢠A current and valid driver's license
⢠You must be 18 years of age or older
⢠Good problem solving, customer service, decision making skills

Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
