TM Asphalt Sealing is growing and we are looking for you!
Now hiring dependable asphalt maintenance techs for asphalt sealcoating, crack filling and patching. TM Asphalt is looking for experienced or entry level employees. Experience in asphalt, concrete or other forms of construction are desired. Premium pay will be offered for experienced workers or anyone with a CDL drivers license.
These open positions are available for Full Time. Overtime will be required for full time employees and overtime pay for anything over 40 hours per week. Base pay with no experience will start at $14/Hr, pay for experienced employees will increase depending on experience. All employees will be eligible to participate in our: Company matched IRA, Afleck Accident Program and a year end bonus program
