Midwest Rehab 7 LLC, is currently seeking experienced property preservation and Inspection vendors in several locations in MI: MONROE, LANSING, JACKSON, VAN BUREN, KALAMAZOO, ALLEGAN, OTTAWA, BERRIEN, ST. JOSEPH, KENT
Contractors have to have knowledge and understanding of HUD and FHA guidelines that can provide quality results in a timely manner. Experience on PPW (Property Pres Wizard) is appreciable. We will promptly send you all of our information to get started and are available to answer any questions as well. We look forward to working with you.
Payment:
You will be paid Every Friday after a span of 14 days from the submission and finalization of a work order.
You will be paid through ACH Direct Deposit, it usually take 2 working days to be deposited.
You must have the following:
able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
valid driver’s license with auto insurance
general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance
must be able to use PPW
must be able to utilize email
must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
must be able to bid any/all damages
must be able to photograph and document work
turnaround time is 48-72 hours
must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to follow work order instructions.
