Cooper Foundry Inc. is currently seeking two new Foundry associates to assist in the molding, casting, and finishing of brass & aluminum castings. No experience necessary, although any foundry or manufacturing experience is welcome.
Hours-Pay-Benefits
-Hours: M-F 6:30am-4pm with additional overtime opportunities available on Saturday.
-Starting $13.00/hr.+ based on experience during a 90 day probationary period, performance based wage increases and bonus start after probationary period ends.
-Benefits: Insurance, 401K Availability, Yearly Bonusses
-Vacation: 2 weeks (July 4th week, & Christmas-New Years) with paid vacation starting after 1 year.
Requirements:
-18 years or older with valid identification
-Reliable transportation
-Be able to lift over 75 lbs
-Willing to submit to a physical & pulmonary test
