This is at an office location 30-40 hrs per week not a remote position
-Answer incoming calls and provide answers to questions from contractors and clients
-Process work orders from based on pictures provided and information sent in on the work order
-Provide bids on all damages on properties
-Input information into a cost estimator to provide accurate bids to clients
-Call contractors in the field and get updates on completion times for work
-Process according to investor guidelines FHA,Fannie mae,Freddie mac,etc
-Basic knowledge of home repair and building trades is a major plus
-Will work on a computer 85% of the time
We prefer experienced processors but will train the right person.You will need to be a fast learner and able to work independently at times.
