We are a growing Excavating company looking to add a full time Estimator/ Project Manager. This is not an entry level position. You should be fluent in doing bids. You should know how to fill out Bid Forms for School projects, Municipal Projects, as well as MDOT. You should be able to do your own takeoffs, get your own Subcontractor bids, and do job tracking from beginning to end of project. We run Topcon GPS. You should be able to set your projects up via Topcon platform. We have an outside source for our TINN files but you will need to be able enter these into the machine and enter Control Points etc.
-We are currently bidding:
-Private GC work/ Subdivisions
-Public Municipal work
-MDOT Work.
I will not respond to emails that do not have any information on them, or asking "what company is this" etc. I need to know who you have worked for/ are working for (will be confidential). I will need a resume showing what size jobs you have been involved in.
