Bronco Builders Construction is seeking experienced carpenters to join our team! Our company operates year round. Work is located in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas (Portage, Mattawan, Schoolcraft, Paw Paw, Battle Creek, Galesburg, Scotts, Richland, etc). Residential and commercial framing rough and finish work.
Position Requirements:
-Must have own transportation
-Must be safety minded - familiarity with MIOSHA
-Ability to read prints and drawings
-Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads
-Ability to crouch, crawl, stoop, kneel, and have full use of arms, hands, and fingers
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Accurately measure, cut and shape wood and other materials
-Upholding company policies, procedures, and standards is a must
-Ensure job safety, protection and maintenance of company tools
-Ensure timely completion of work to maintain schedule and budget goals
-Inform appropriate supervisors of any questions, discrepancies, or unusual conditions
-Experience required
