Monarch Investment is seeking an HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our FAMILY at our newest acquisition Arcadia Grove Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan!Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
HVAC diagnosing/troubleshooting/fixing
Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Maintaining property grounds
Preventative maintenance as assigned
Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team membersKnowledge, Skills and Experience required:
HVAC and/or EPA Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Basic knowledge of plumbing
