Wolverine Lawn Services, Inc. is looking for an individual with experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation knowledge, and has an eye for detail. Looking for individuals with a great team attitude that are looking for a long-term position. This is a full-time job Monday - Friday but does require flexible winter hours. This is a working supervisor position that will also be directly involved with sales and office duties as well. Additional items to notes are - Individuals who take pride in their work - Willing and able to work necessary hours - Has great customer service skills - Brings a daily professional attitude with the desire to surpass our customers' expectations. - Has knowledge of equipment (mowers to tractors) and procedures - Ability to train new employees and be able to delegate tasks and duties - Maintain company policy, standards, and procedures - Be able to communicate well with crew members, customers, and the office Must have driver's license, and willing to obtain a chauffeur's license as well if not already possessed. Ability to be to work on time and pass a background and drug test is required. Lift at least 50# and having two or more years' experience is required as well.
