Title: CyberArk IAM Support Engineer Pay Rate: $65,000-$75,000/annual salary Employment Type: Full-time W-2 employee Current Openings: 2 Start Date: Immediate. Following interview/approval and background check. Location: Prefer candidates living anywhere in Michigan. Work will be 100% remote. Role: Work on our CyberArk Identity and Access Management security support team and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our customer’s CyberArk IAM platform. Work with other IT teams, the business units, and our partners to ensure issues are being communicated to the appropriate individuals and are being prioritized and resolved in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Provide CyberArk IAM troubleshooting/support for CyberArk Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Password Manager (CPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Good understanding of AIM in push/pull models leveraging Usages and also through REST APIs to fetch the passwords into the configuration and applications
Monitors and validates tasks are executed based on business requirements and adhere to customer policies
Receives business requests and performs preliminary analysis to determine if desktop, application, or network connection issues need escalation
Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
Reviews and analyzes trends, proposes, and implements changes to reduce problem incidents
Ensures accuracy of all incidents reported for management reporting
Notifies and keeps Business Units and Department management abreast of system issues affecting the business
Proactively looks to review, evaluated, and automate existing processes
Requirements/Background/Experience:
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Cybersecurity experience a plus and experience with IAM security tools a major plus
Experience with Agile / Scrum IT
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
