Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in providing an overall fantastic service experience for current and prospective clients. You will essentially be the first face our customers see!Answer multi-line phone systems in a pleasant and professional mannerAssist sales staff in daily tasksEnter, scan, and attach all documentation from new and existing leads in the computer programComplete all quotes and re-quotes for the sales department and create a list for the sales staff to reviewCreate agendas for sales staff that includes all their daily activitiesEffectively communicate with customers as directedManage any job issues that sales staff may receiveProcesses jobs with a signed contracts and release to operations for schedulingVerify that all completed tasks/activities have been entered in the computer program and move all uncompleted tasks/activities to the next working dayResponsible for overall organization and upkeep of showroom including samples, literature, and supply inventoryPhysical Requirements:Must be able to physically and legally operate a motor vehicleMust be able to perform frequent wrist, hand, or finger movements 7+hours per dayMust be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of timeMust be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
