The Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing is currently seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team. Job responsibilities include maintaining clean and sanitized kitchen by collecting dirty dishes, operating automatic dishwasher, washing items by hand, verifying cleanliness, and returning items to inventory. The ideal candidate will have some kitchen/back of the house experience including kitchen equipment maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
The successful candidate must have open availability, including evenings and weekends, and be able to work independently as well as with others, and be detail oriented with a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
