The Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing is currently seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our management team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising food and beverage service in the hotel's restaurant and lounge to ensure that individuals or groups are completely satisfied.
The ideal candidate will have food and beverage management or related experience (food service), and be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. A degree in hospitality management or food service and previous hotel experience preferred.
