The qualified candidate will have a strong customer service background, be very detail-oriented and possess an acceptable level of computer literacy. This self-motivated individual should be prepared every day to assist in ALL office functions including, accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales orders, filing, reception and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Operate in Quickbooks creating estimates, invoices and entering bills and processing payments.
Using Adobe PDF software.
Review the Accounts Receivable report and make additional contact to customers to minimize outstanding
invoice balance.

Requirements:
2 years experience with Quickbooks program.
Moderate understanding of creating invoices and entering bills. Payment on time.
Answering phone and email correspondence.
General knowledge of computer and printer technology.
