An established real estate investment company is looking for an independent handyman for ongoing remodel and maintenance for our Lansing rental portfolio.Our perfect candidate:
Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with tenants, prospective tenants, and vendors.
Is trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.
Shows up on time to work and to appointments.
Must be a skilled handyman with 3-5 year experience in construction trades and have all tools.
Must have reliable transportation (truck or trailer is preferred) and a valid driver's license.Duties include:
Prepare vacant homes for new tenants
Remodel new homes
Attend to repair service calls by tenants.Skills requires
Carpentry (doors, cabinets, trim)
Drywall (hang, tape, mud, patch)
Tile install and repair
Paint
Light plumbing and electric
Appliance installation
General maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, and general property cleanup)
Oversee subcontractors
