The Data Center Analyst will be responsible for supporting Sentinel’s customer base on all aspects of their data center functions. Your experience as a data center engineer working with modern solutions has prepared you to be successful in this role. You will be able to capitalize on your existing experience while gaining access to a variety of new leading technologies. In this position, you will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate customer issues and resolutions as a member of our project delivery team.

This is a full time position in Livonia, MI.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have a variety of experience with modern data center technologies
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS Platforms
• 2+ years of experience with Virtualization [VMWare/HyperV/etc]
• The candidate should be comfortable with Backup Platforms
• Experience working with platforms such as VEEAM, RecoverPoint, Avamar, etc
• Experience with datacenter networking platforms and configuration
• Be able to perform basic network configuration (Layer 2, Layer 3, load balancing)

• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
