Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but are not limited to:
Performs and/or supervises specified tasks, as directed, involving the preparation, production, packaging and/or shipping of La Fiesta Tortilla Chips (LFTC).
Ensures the quality of LFTC as directed
Adheres to company recipes and procedures
Operates all equipment required to prep, produce, package and ship LFTC, including but not limited to kitchen utensils, fryers, moving karts, pallet jacks, bag sealers and more.
Maintains a high hygienic condition and/or standard
Skills and Abilities: Including, but not limited to:
Demonstrated ability to control costs
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Ability to manage several direct reports and tasks
Education and/or Experience: On the job training is normal in regards to food preparation operators:
High school diploma is preferred
Preferred that production specialists have 1-2 years experience in food production and/or preparation
