A 3rd Shift Supervisor job in Spring Lake, MI is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. In this position you will review and oversee production departments; over see manufacturing functions, production equipment, set-up and storage; monitor and improve manufacturing measurements and results on a continuous basis as well as facilitate corrective actions and improvements. Previous leadership experience in production is required. This is a 3rd shift position.
3rd Shift Supervisor job responsibilities include:
Oversee production departments
Lead 2 3 Team Leads and 25 30 employees for the shift
Oversee manufacturing functions, production equipment, set-up and storage
Monitor and improve manufacturing measurements and results on a continuous basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Management/Supervision leadership experience
Experience with plastics processing and manufacturing methods
Team leadership training and experience
Must enjoy coaching, mentoring, training and guiding; automotive experience is strongly desired
