We offer competitive rates for our installation crews. We pay by the square foot, but you are also compensated or extra labor such as moving furniture, removing old flooring, installing shoe molding or quarter rounds, etc. Experience with staircases is a plus; must be able to handle seams flawlessly.
We have salespeople that measure, estimate and invoice – all you have to do is show up on time and install the flooring. We have internal support people that handle all scheduling. You will work with one person internally which means you do not have to play phone tag with customers.
We pay weekly by check for the job installed the previous week.
Requirements:
a. Clean background check for all crew members
b. Be PROFESSIONAL in appearance and in general etiquette with customers
c. Be ON TIME because our reputation matters to us
d. Be a true CRAFTSMAN – we want your best every day you work for our company
e. Have your own reliable transportation and tools required to do quality installs. This includes a power-stretcher and a vacuum
f. You MUST have general liability, insurance and workers comp
Lakeshore Carpet One is a local family owned company that has been in business for 42 years. We currently operate within the Muskegon county area. Our business is growing and we are looking for new teams to bring on. Some of our current subcontractors have been with us for 30 years.
