Day to day job expectations include taking all incoming phone calls for the business, showing enthusiasm for guests' interests and in the Escape Rooms; briefing guests on game story lines and guidelines as Game Hosts. Escape Room Game Masters will observe game play, interact with groups and assist with clues in the rooms. Escape Room staff MUST have good computer and keyboarding experience.
Attractions Desk staff assist and suggest proper Bowling or Arcade packages. Staff must have good phone etiquette, be able to juggle multiple task while staying relaxed, be able to adapt to different roles in the department provide inspirational guest service and respect themselves enough to be able to stay focused and professional.
We offer year round employment with many positions averaging near full time and can find room for those great applicants who only want part time too. Interested applicants should have an upbeat positive personalities, be outgoing and over the age of 18. Although open availability is preferred most shifts are nights and weekends.
