-Qualifications: Experience in the building trade, general building knowledge and reliable transportation is a must.
-Job Functions: Performs skilled and semi-skilled carpentry tasks (new builds, repairs, alterations and construction of residential framing/rough carpentry), can easily climb ladders & scaffolds, maneuver around rafters & roofs, hang doors & windows, operate basic power tools, and follow directions.

This job is a career opportunity and as such you will be required to learn and also demonstrate knowledge and ability to advance in position and pay scale. It is EVERY employees responsibility to be productive on the job site (if you have completed an assigned task, ask to receive another. If the lead carpenter is to busy at the moment to provide further instructions USE TIME WISELY- clean up job site, stock materials, etc. Time cards are due at the end of each working day, it is your responsibility to fill out and turn in your time card to the lead carpenter or office representative. At times you may be asked to work independently! This requires attention to DETAIL, QUALITY, and the ability to stay on task until finished.
Wages: WEEKLY pay based on experience & skill! You will be starting out at a minimum base pay until further evaluation, only then will you advance in pay increase which will be discussed in further detail in person.
