I am looking for a handyman (as an independent contractor, not an employee) to care for farm animals, do miscellaneous repairs in and around homes, mow lawns, and other types of physical labor. Person MUST have a valid drivers license and vehicle and be able to perform demanding physical labor. Can be part or full time, but probably a minimum of 25 hours a week. I may be able to provide housing in exchange for the work performed, can be negotiated. Pay will depend on skill level, etc. If you are an alcoholic or illicit drug user do not bother contacting me, as I need a sober, dependable, clear-minded individual.
