Automotive Service Advisor/Writer
Williams Chevrolet is looking to hire for two full time automotive service advisors. Apply now! Full Time opportunities available.
Hours are 7:30am - 6pm, plus occasional Saturdays.
Job Duties:
Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
Work with customers warranty and service contract coverages by reviewing all documentation and available information
Creates estimates by obtaining all information from service technicians, and parts consultants
Prepares repair orders by documenting symptoms, problems, and causes. Obtaining all required approvals from customers as well as supervisors
Ability to continue educational training both online and in person
Must be courteous while keeping in constant contact with customers to update them on services being rendered
Job Requirements:
Two years of previous experience is required
Valid driver's license and clear driving record
ASE or Chevrolet certifications are a plus
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
