Job DescriptionKelly Services in Livonia is looking for a a MAINTENANCE MANAGER. This is a FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE POSITION, with a salary of 37,000k PER YEAR.Job Description:Minimum of one year previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade. Older properties (5+ years) may also require previous renovation experience.Under direction of Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Assistant must be able to diagnose problems with and repair the following:
Major appliances
HVAC
Basic/intermediate plumbing
Basic/intermediate electrical (when no license is required)
Sheetrock
General carpentry
Pool care (if required by property)
Pest control (if required by property)
Roofs and gutters
Wallpaper/painting
Foundation/sidewalk
Irrigation systems
Requirements
HVAC Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification, Type II
Driver-s License and valid insurance
Other licenses and certifications as required by state or federal laws
