Summary:
As a

Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will help citizen developers to develop and support applications. You will gather metrics and maintain security settings to make Power Platform environments secure. You will also work with a team of motivated technology professionals to gather requirements, design, develop, test and deploy solutions. A great opportunity to expand your skills and experience building and supporting applications with modern technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise around Power Platform and Center of Excellence tool kits
  • Develop and adjust the Power Platform environment settings based on gathered metrics
  • Understand business requirements and help citizen developers to architect solutions
  • Developed application in PowerApps using Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms and SharePoint online
  • Use multiple Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Apps, Power Automate and preferably create custom connectors
  • Create analytics using Power Query and DAX in Power BI
  • Design and create database models
  • Communicate proposed designs, progress and solutions on the work to customers, team leads, and team members
  • Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
  • Develop under System Engineer’s supervision and system design
  • Perform unit testing and test driven development
  • Create the report and make the enhancement on PDCA cycle
  • Demonstrate thought leadership across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to decision makers
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.

Minimum Required Experience:
  • Experience with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions and REST services
  • Good Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions
  • Worked through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support
  • Good Experience in database development in creating complex database Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions
  • Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate licensing plans and features included in different plans
  • Good experience in implementing agile/scrum software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of automated unit testing and test driven development
  • Ability to troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide follow-up on issues
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, trouble shooting and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • High integrity, with a proactive, positive approach to work
