As a Senior Consultant on the Security & Compliance team, you will

Deliver strategic security and compliance consulting and engineering services for a diverse
customer base, including strategic business planning, technical design, implementation, adoption
and change management, and technical support training
Explain abstract technical concepts of the solution in a business value context
Work independently or in a lead consultant capacity on customer projects
Jointly work with our sales team to inspire our customers and develop proposals and statement
of works that align to the customer's business and technical goals
Grow your knowledge and skill sets by investing time in self-directed training, Microsoft-led training, and formal online/classroom training
Mentor and teach junior members of the Security & Compliance team
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by sharing your knowledge in the broader industry
through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles for your areas of expertise

To be eligible for the position, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Demonstrated experience in accurately scoping, managing, and delivering successful professional services engagements

Formal Education & Professional Experience:

Bachelor's degree in an IT field of study (or equivalent years of experience and industry
certifications)
5-7 years of IT consulting and implementation experience
3-5 years of IT security and/or compliance consulting and implementation experience
Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or ability to pass within 30 days of hire)
Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (or ability to pass within 30 days of hire)
Exam: MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (or ability to pass within 60 days of hire)
Exam: MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (or ability to pass within 60 days of hire)
Exam AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (or ability to pass within 90 days of hire)
Exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration (or ability to pass within 90 days of hire)
Demonstrated understanding and experience in delivering strategic business planning, technical
design, implementation, adoption and change management, and technical support training
services to mid-market and enterprise organizations spanning multiple geographies using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure

To stand out for the position, you should meet some of the following criteria:

Self-starter with minimal oversight
Strong leadership skills and experience
Experience in working with multinational midmarket and/or enterprise organizations
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft's identity-based security solutions including, but not limited to, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Director Federation Services (AD FS), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure AD conditional access, Azure MFA, Azure AD Identity Protection, and Azure AD Privileged Identity Management
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft's endpoint management solutions
including, but not limited to, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
(including co-management and tenant attach), Endpoint Analytics, and Windows Autopilot
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft's threat and vulnerability protection solutions including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 Defender (previously Microsoft Threat Protection), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (previously Microsoft Defender ATP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (previously Office 365 ATP), Microsoft Defender for Identity (previously Azure ATP), Azure Defender for Servers (previously Azure Security Center Standard Edition), Azure Defender for SQL (previously Azure ATP for SQL), Microsoft Cloud App Security, and Azure Security Center
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft's information protection solutions including, but not limited to, Office 365 Data Loss Prevention, Office 365 Message Encryption and Advanced Message Encryption, Azure Information Protection, BitLocker, and Microsoft Cloud App Security
Demonstrated understanding and experience with security information event management
(SIEM) and security orchestration automated response (SOAR) tools, including but not limited to, Azure Sentinel
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including, but not limited to, eDiscovery and Advanced eDiscovery, Communication Compliance, Information Barriers, Privileged Access Management, Records Management, and Information Governance
Demonstrated understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure management and governance solutions, including but not limited to, Azure Advisor, Cost Management + Billing, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Automation, and Azure Lighthouse
CompTIA cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CASP+, PenTest+)
(ISC) certifications (e.g., CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, etc.)
Experience with industry security and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., NIST CSF, HIPAA/HITECH, GLBA, NIST 800-171, CMMC, etc.)
Understanding and/or experience of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
Experience with the Prosci ADKAR (change management) model (or you are a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner)
