Maintenance-full time for a 250+ manufactured home community located in Kimball Township, MI. Must have prior maintenance work experience in either a mobile home park or apartment complex setting. Must be knowledgeable on all aspects of grounds maintenance including water line issues, sewer line breaks, electrical issues, snow plowing and lawn maintenance. Must know how to make repairs in rental homes and have own tools and reliable transportation. Some experience with refurbishment/carpentry work is required. This position is key to the success of the community and requires a reliable work ethic and organizational skills. Must know how to operate landscape maintenance equipment such as a commercial zero turn mower and other related equipment. Must know how to use a snowplow and tailgate salter. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plumbing, electrical, utility line breaks, carpentry and landscape maintenance. Must have a good personality and excellent customer service skills so as to maintain positive resident relations in the community.
