Job Summary
Miller Broach in Capac, MI is hiring for 1st SHIFT General Production & CNC Machine Operators. These are permanent positions with the opportunity for advancement to Line Leader. Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing facility is desired, but not necessary. We are willing to train qualified candidates. We encourage all qualified and responsible candidates to apply.

Compensation
Starting Pay is $11/hr. for Production, $12/hr for CNC Operators
$1/hr. increase after 90 days
Additional $1/hr. after 1 year
Additional $1 per hour for qualified Line Leaders

Responsibilities and Duties
Feed raw material into production machinery
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Report issues with equipment to Supervisor
Adhere to the company Safety Policy
Qualifications and Skills
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Ability to stand for a long period of time
Reliable transportation, excellent attendance is a MUST
Fork Lift Experience is a PLUS
