You will be working with a motivated team of fellow martial artists in a very organized and structured company. We strive to better our community and expand our business to multiple locations.
A typical work week is around 40 hours per week. We will help you achieve your goals with continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions.
Some martial arts experience is a requirement for this position.
If you are not from the area you must be willing to relocate to the Tri-City area (Bay City, Saginaw, Midland)
Having previous experience teaching martial arts or working with children is a huge plus!
Compensation Details:
Starting at 30-35K
Paid holidays
3 weeks paid vacation
3 day weekends

Job Description
Running business systems such as, phone scripts, martial art class management systems, customer service systems, and managing business software.
Instructing youth life skill based martial art classes. (All training of how to run classes is provided. Instructors simply follow systems that are laid out for them)
Instructing "non-competition" adult martial art, Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and self defense classes.
Motivated and well performing staff members are routinely sent to off site locations such as Las Vegas, Fort Lauderdale Florida, and Knoxville Tennessee to expand their knowledge and better educate their students.
