Busy dental office is looking for skilled, passionate Associate Dentists for its office in SAGINAW TOWNSHIP, MI. Our practice offers the entire family quality, affordable and accessible dental care in a comfortable setting. Our offices are state-of the-art with great, well-trained support staff. We accept most PPO insurance and Medicaid and have robust patient flow, so you'll have lots of opportunity to treat and educate a diverse patient pool.
About the Job
You'll have the clinical freedom and autonomy of a traditional private practice without the administrative and financial burdens of practice management. We believe our dentists are highly skilled professionals, so we have no production requirements. We have a great compensation package with POTENTIAL TO EARN WELL OVER $200,000 annually. We pay for your malpractice insurance, offer health/Life/Disability insurances, 401K, paid vacation, and continuing education.
Responsibilities
You will treat and education a diverse patient pool. You will have the clinical autonomy to treatment plan and care for your patients in a digital office with well-trained, friendly staff.
Compensation
YEARLY BONUS (where appropriate)
EARNING POTENTIAL over $200,000 annually
Higher of MINIMUM BASE PAY or 30% of PRODUCTION
