Recruitment Specialist

Duties/Responsibilities: Heavy outbound sales via telephone. Manage client job postings, social media outreach initiatives, job fairs recruitment events. Perform resume reviews and candidate screenings, on-site interviews and skill evaluation and assist hiring managers with interview processes/coordination of interview schedules and participate in interviews with management as needed.
Create and manage candidate communication throughout the staffing process to include: interview requests/confirmations; employment offers; conditions of employment, etc in accordance with company policy and hiring manager requirements. Background check and drug screening activity during the staffing process.
Qualified candidates will have:
Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude
2+ years experience in recruitment, inside sales, telemarketing, a store management is a Big plus.
Bachelor or 4-year related work experience.
Proficient in MS Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a customer service or sales role; sales experience a plus
Willingness to follow proven operation system and goals
Proven work history.
Be able to pass background check and drug test.
Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
Work Location: Saginaw, MI
Position Type: Starts as a Part Time moving to Full Time as business grow.
Starting earning potential: $22,000 -- $24,000 base pay (DOE) plus commissions.
