Candidates must have dependable transportation to get to and from work.
Position requires working typically
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Start and end of day flectuates seasonally and as needed.
This is a Fulltime 40+ hr a week year round position.
Example winter and early spring start time at site 8:00 Am.
Start in Spring 7:30 Am Typically
Summer and Fall as early as 7:00 Am.
Near perfect Attendance is expected.
Being punctual is a must.
Experienced framing candidates 3 plus years framing experience position will start at $18+ Per hour.
Carpenters 1-3 years experience $14 + per hour based on experience
Operator/ Driver requiring minimum of B CDL $16+ Per hr
True Operators capable of installing, water lines, sewer connections, septic fields etc. without assistance
$20 + per hr.
Concrete Finisher $16+ per hr
Overtime / time and a half after 40 hrs.
Pay week is from Friday to Thursday with w-2 payroll check given each week.
We would consider those seeking 1099 employment, if DBA and liability insurance is provided.
