Hello,
We are a NC contractor searching for a grounds sub-contractor for the USARC at 1501 N Henry St. Bay City, MI. Send your email or contact info so I can send site drawing and specific task. Contract is 1 year with 4 one year options. We serviced this site from 2013 thru 2016, re-bid and lost it. Came out this time as a woman owned business and we believe they will award to us again. Service season 8 months will start April 2020 and end Nov 30 2020. Service schedule is listed below. Service includes grass cutting, edging, weed eating, fence cleaning/clearing 5ft beyond fence (no chemicals can be used). Includes spring and fall clean-up, weed and feed as described in the spec. Spring clean-up will require weed removed from beds and around bldgs, trim bushes and trees (remove growth from property), remove any trash/debris, clean fence line, remove leaves, aerate, apply broad leaf control and fertilizer. Fall clean-up requires same as spring except no aeration, fertilization or broad leaf application( mostly concerned with limbs, leaves and fence line). Area serviced is 2.25 acres and has retention pond.
