We are looking for a Maintenance person for Oakside Mobile Home Community in Midland. Job duties will include: maintenance/repair and re-modeling of mobile homes. General maintenance of the Community, etc. The job will include snow plowing and repairs of small equipment. Must be able to work with the Manager of the Community and other employees, also work independently. May also be doing landscaping work such as mowing, trimming, planting flowers, mulching, etc. This position is full-time Monday-Friday from 8:00 - 4:30 with an occasional on call for emergencies. This is an immediate position.
