Job summary of the Senior System Architect- Safety Technology:
Our client, a leader in the development of ADAS and vehicle safety systems, is looking for a Senior System Architect to work on the development of a brand new line of cutting-edge safety systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of a modular architecture that supports Interior Sensing Features being developed, as well as defining and taking ownership of some of those features to oversee the development from start to finish.

You will take concepts and turn them into a real, world class system that saves lives.
Responsibilities of the Senior System Architect- Safety Technology:
Define Feature-level Uses Cases
Create clean slate requirements from high-level feature descriptions
Develop clean slate functional architecture that incorporates multiple systems based on Use Cases
Develop modular logical architecture that incorporates multiple sensing systems
Identify synergies with existing system architectures to maximize architecture re-use
Work with system architects of underlying systems to extend their architectures with newly identified feature functionality
Oversee the start to finish development of fused multi-system features (Requirements, Data Collection, Feature Development, Validation, SW Test, Embedding, to Execution/Customer Feedback)
Qualifications of the Senior System Architect- Safety Technology:
Minimum Bachelor's Science Degree, or equivalent
Strong experience in "clean slate" architecture development
8+ years of experience in architecture development for automotive technologies (or related products)
Strong understanding of feature development cycle (requirements/validation/SW test/embedding)
Expert in model-based Systems Engineering (SysML)
Requirements authoring experience
Experience with Enterprise Architect tool, Codebeamer tool and agile development
Compensation of the Senior System Architect- Safety Technology: Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 /year
