General Summary :

The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and motivated, with a passion for selling while making a lasting positive impression upon the customer.

You enjoy working with business technology in a fast-paced environment.

The primary focus is to drive sustained sales while proactively finding new selling opportunities.

Requirements :

Possess a solid understanding of the sales process from prospecting through closing, documenting and handoff to service delivery with a commitment to excellence.

A positive and energetic superstar on the phone, video, text and chat who listens well, and then exceeds their expectations.

Comfortable in a fast paced, high activity selling environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, Google.

Strong ability to understand how technology can benefit business processes.

Familiarity with cloud-based business software helpful.

Coachable and open to trying different techniques and approaches to constantly improve performance.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

Contact potential clients to nurture, qualify and follow-up from warm leads, referrals, cold-contacts and self-prospected methods via phone, email and chat.

Qualify, consult and educate potential clients to create sales-ready opportunities.

Generate quotes, answer objections and follow up for execution while creating a strong business relationship with prospects and repeat customers.

Manage your sales pipeline, sales activities and forecasting.

Develop a strong understanding of the key differentiators that make Clarity the 5-Star UCaaS service for the business categories we specialize in servicing.

Continuously learn and keep current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor tactics

Exceed quarterly and annual sales booking targets and maximize short term revenue.

Build and maintain a constant / future revenue pipeline.

Utilize social networking applications, such as LinkedIn, to develop new leads.

Work trade exhibitions as requested by management.

Work the entire sales cycle to close.

Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customers experience.

Handling objections and negotiations.

Enter and update all potential opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).
