Great Expressions Dental Centers is looking to add a full time team member to our dynamic Accounts Receivable team at our Practice Support Center located in Southfield, MI.The Claims Resolution Representative is responsible for following a detailed list of requirements from carriers for medical record and imaging documents to attach to claims and prior authorizations. This position requires careful time management to get through a daily work list paying careful attention to detail and capturing all relevant and required medical documentation to be submitted to the carrier. This role also requires basic revenue cycle understanding, moderate Excel skills and the ability to stay self-paced while engaging with the team consistently. Success in this role is greatly dependent on self-motivation, attention to detail and time management.We’ve built one of the largest networks of dental care providers in the United States, showing that we are growing bigger for the benefit of our patients. Respond in a timely manner to urgent field requests for prior authorizations or claim attachment issues
Communicate with team lead and manager on patterns or recurring issues
Capture all images correctly to attach to claims and prior authorizations
Carefully examine medical records for relevant information to ensure payment on initial claim submissions
Work closely with the Attachment Team and Team Lead to ensure effective processes are followed and procedures stay up to date with carrier requirements
Analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for detail & accuracy
Reliability and flexibility with time committed to the position
Excellent organizational and time management skills
1+ years Dental Front Desk, Medical/ Dental Claims, Clinical knowledge of x-rays and reports
High volume, fast-paced office experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and claim attachment programs
Proficiency in reading dental x-rays and reports
