Job Description
Primary Responsibilities include working with our clients and Project Managers to provide outstanding, customer focused staffing services and solutions. Work within different industries and supporting the local Clients. This individual will be involved within the community to help assist the hiring process into multiple diverse roles.
Position Description: Provide human resource support by responding to employee inquiries and concerns regarding, coordinating the selection and employment process including posting jobs, scheduling tests, conducting prescreens and coordinating interviews, and delivering new-hire orientation, and performing administrative functions
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of Business Development
1 year experience in an office administrator, human resources, or supervisory role
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year administrative or human resources experience
3 year experience in staffing including prescreening candidates,
Scheduling candidates for interviewing, and/or onboarding.
1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Completion of an Associate's Degree or Certificate program in Human Resources or Business Administration.
